AnClinic is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider supplying digital clinic management solutions, scheduling portals, prescription generation systems, and report integrations. Our services are intended for registered medical clinics and qualified professionals.
2. Professional Responsibility
AnClinic does not practice medicine or issue medical advice. The platform functions strictly as an administrative utility. Healthcare practitioners are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescriptions, vitals analysis, and patient diagnosis.
3. Account Billing & Subscriptions
Subscription charges are billed monthly or annually in advance. All paid plans are subject to recurring payments unless cancelled from the billing dashboard. We provide a 7-day refund window on new subscriptions.
4. System Availability & Service Level
While we guarantee a 99.9% uptime target for cloud infrastructure, we are not liable for transient network disruptions, ISP latency, or unauthorized client browser configurations. Scheduled service windows are posted 24 hours in advance.
5. Violations & Termination
We reserve the right to temporarily freeze or permanently delete accounts that violate security boundaries, attempt unauthorized network penetration, or falsify professional registration details.
