Healthcare records require absolute confidentiality. Patient records, medical observations, and billing invoices are fully encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 standards. Our database systems are hosted in ISO 27001 certified cloud datacenters.

3. Data Retention & Backups

We run automated, hourly snapshots of database clusters to prevent data loss. We retain your clinic records as long as your subscription is active, and comply with medical record retention regulations if a subscription is terminated.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your patient details or billing insights with marketing agencies. Information is strictly shared with integrations you explicitly authorize (such as sending patient reports via WhatsApp using authorized business APIs).
